£2 per person, for ages 8 and up.
Come along to a experimental, fun introductory workshop all about the addictive world of zine making.
Zine making became popular during the 90s but has been happening since the beginning of the 20th century. Wikipedia says a zine is:
“Most commonly a small-circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via photocopier. Usually zines are the product of a single person, or of a very small group.”
A perfect opportunity to make something about your favourite recipes, recent trip away, a special birthday present for one person or simply something to record your thoughts in and distribute to your friends.
This is part of Sophie Sherwood’s Cosmos exhibition in the Tobacco Factory snug, which will be displayed on the walls during the workshop.
