I’m not very flexible, is that a problem?

Absolutely not, This class is not designed to test how flexible you are. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced, it’s about coming together to relax.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, Could you bring a yoga mat and maybe a pillow or blanket to help you relax. If you are someone who has multiple of these items and lives close, you could bring an extra one for a friend.

Do I have to drink alcohol

Not at all, we have a lovely selections of teas and soft drinks if you are just wanting to quench your thirst.
