Stuffed with squash, sage and ricotta , or was it mozzarella, please tell me @littlehollowspasta ,served with some caramelised sage butter. And what are these shapes actually called? Mr B has pronounced this as the very best pasta that he’s ever tasted ( I shan’t take umbrage- haven’t made him fresh pasta many times) and I must agree – v v v good indeed. £8 to feed the three of us and you can pay so much more for something so very mediocre.
