Dawson’s Bakery

A one-man home baked, market based bakery stall specialising in savoury pastries. All pastry is made at home by hand using organic Shipton Mill flour and pastries are prepared from scratch at home using locally sourced ingredients including free-range meats from Dave Giles Butchers (Horfield) & free-range eggs from Bristol based Chestnut Farm.

Pastries are baked fresh each market day both at home in Kingsdown BS6 and in a small oven on the Market.
