Charcoal grilled kebabs served from a Mercedes 508D food truck. Founders Thecla & Ewan cook everything over fire on their Turkish mangal grill, packing their kebabs with flavour. Inspired by cuisines of the Middle-East but using the best of local produce. Favourites include beech-smoked lamb shawarma, 24 hour marinated chicken shish and fire-roasted cauliflower.
