Pickled Brisket

This mobile salt beef bar serves the closest thing to a New York deli sandwich this side of Manhattan. Their beef is from native British breeds and is farmed on lush Somerset pastures. It is then brined by hand for two weeks and cooked overnight to produce an incomparably succulent and melt-in-the-mouth taste. Choose a classic sandwich on locally sourced rye or brioche, or opt for a platter of gherkins, pickles, melted Somerset cheese and, of course, hunks of delicious salt beef.
