WHAT TO EXPECT

All day – exhibitions throughout our Café Bar and Snug as part of the South Bristol Arts Trail.

10am-4pm – Art market in the Yard, live art and creative workshops, Ciccio’s Kitchen serving up fresh pizza and arancini.

12.30 till late… KASK + FRIENDS

‘It’s our 5th birthday in October and we’ve got a few things planned. We’re kicking things off early with a takeover of The Yard at The Tobacco Factory for a big epic DIY Tasting!

We’ll be joined for the day by three of our fav importers – the people who bring us the wine that we pour for you. They’ll each be pouring five wines and we’ll be picking some of our own. You can roam the tables, hearing the stories behind the bottles from the people who know them best.

From 12.30 this will be part of the South Bristol Arts Trail, so you can grab a glass and peruse the Arts Fair.

Then from 5pm put on your dancing shoes and let the DJ (and the wine) take you into the night.

There’s no tickets – just turn up. All wines will be charged by the glass so you can choose how many you have!’

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ARTS TRAIL…

The South Bristol Arts Trail is a free event, open to everyone, and takes place once a year in venues across Southville, Bedminster and Ashton.

Each year over 100 local artists exhibit in venues across BS3. Artists open their homes and studio spaces, as well as exhibiting in community venues from schools and shops to cafes and community centres. Wander through our streets and discover new artists, favourite local venues and creatives that might just surprise you.

From performers, painters and papercraft to ceramics, sculptures and sketchers, the Trail celebrates the breadth of creativity locally, with something for all to enjoy.

The South Bristol Arts Trail has been running for over 10 years and is now a well established part of the arts calendar in Bristol. We have a good number of fully accessible venues and most will be able to walk or cycle between venues. As well as exhibiting artists and workshops, there are a great range of restaurants and cafes on route making for the perfect refreshment pit stop when needed!

‘Congratulations on an excellent event! I really appreciate your commitment to inclusion, and hope that the measures (the rest stops etc) supported the people that needed them. Thank you for all that you do to support our community, I had a blast!’
