Upfest is back, hosting a 17 day cultural programme throughout Bedminster and beyond.

From Fri 15th May to Sun 31 st May, artists will be painting across familiar and new walls in the area; a combination of workshops, talks, panel discussions and mini events in collaboration with local venues, for kids, adults, and artists; pop-up art shows; walking tours, plus art battles, live board painting and music.

At Tobacco Factory we will have live painting, art battles, DJs and family fun in the Yard on the 16th, 23rd and 30th May – as well as a dedicated Upfest exhibition throughout the Cafe Bar and Snug.

Spray Paint Techniques with Andy Council

This one’s for the adults (the big kids amongst us)! These three evening sessions with renowned Bristol illustration and mural artist Andy Council, you’ll learn techniques using MTN94 spray paints, so whether you’re an artist wishing to widen your horizons and learn about spray paints, or an enthusiastic newbie, Andy will be on hand to impart his years of creative wisdom.
