Whales. The weird and the wonderful creature
Nathanael Draws first solo show in over 5 years focuses on whales, one of the most important mammals in the ocean with some being nearly 200 years old and being part of the biggest carbon catcher life cycles, they are invaluable for planet earth.
Opening night (all welcome): 27 Feb, 6-9pm
Imagine seeing a whale in the sky? A robotic whale? It’s strange and fantastical for us to see them in this situation so it must be just as strange for whales to be in a warmer ocean with stomachs full of plastic that they are not used. This body of work focuses on whales in weird places and reflects where they are now and what the future can hold for them.
